Martavis Bryant is on his way back to the NFL. The Dallas Cowboys have signed the veteran wide receiver to their practice squad, according to multiple reports.
Bryant last played in an NFL regular-season game in 2018 with the Oakland Raiders. He was suspended for the entire 2019 season for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Bryant was reinstated by the NFL in February.
The Cowboys are a good fit for Bryant. They have a need for a wide receiver with Bryant's size and speed. Bryant is 6'4" and 211 pounds. He ran a 4.42 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine in 2014.
Bryant has a lot of potential, but he also has a lot to prove. He has been suspended multiple times for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. He will need to stay clean and focused if he wants to succeed in Dallas.
